On the Shores of Lake Huron, Goderich Ontario (oil on Canvas, 20 x16) was inspired by a trip to Goderich when I was mourning the passing of my mother. I stood on the cold Shores, with an overcast sky and wind in my face. Somehow, the place brought me comfort and a sense of peace and acceptance. The impact of the moment inspired me to paint it.
