The "Add Comment" button allows signed-in users to leave feedback or share their thoughts on a piece of artwork. It’s a way to encourage artists, foster community, and create meaningful conversations around the art.

Who can leave comments on artwork?

Only signed-in users can leave comments. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to sign up or log in to participate.

How do I leave a comment on artwork?

Below each artwork listing, you’ll find a "Comment" button. Click it to open the comment box, type your message, and submit your comment.

Are comments published immediately?

No, all comments are pending moderation before being published. This helps maintain a positive and respectful community.

How long does moderation take?

Moderation times may vary, but we aim to review and approve comments as quickly as possible.

What kind of comments are allowed?

We encourage thoughtful and respectful feedback. Comments should be relevant to the artwork and free from spam, offensive language, or self-promotion.

Will I be notified if my comment is approved?

No, but you can check back on the artwork listing to see if your comment has been published.

Can I edit or delete my comment after posting?

No, comments cannot be edited once submitted. If you need a comment removed, please contact support.

• Click on: Not a member? Join our art community today, it's Free →
• Fill in the required fields and include a referral code if you have one

You will notice two popups: one notifying you that Gallery Credits were added to your wallet, and a second informing you that a confirmation email was sent to you.

• Check the email that you just registered with and click on the activation link

Now back on the site and you'll have another popup message: Your account has been validated. Complete your profile here for best results

• To complete your profile, click the here link in the popup message or visit My Account > My Profile
• Start by adding your city location on the right-hand side (street address if you run a home gallery) as this will make listing artwork for sale a speedier process
• Upload a profile photo. Don't be shy people buy from people and like to identify with who they are dealing with. *Only artists with profile photos are shown on the homepage under Prolific Creators
• Adding a phone number is optional and will be partially masked on our site for your safety
• Include a link to your personal website, online shop, or social media channel
• User type will remain Personal unless you are signing up as an Art related company or Gallery
• About you information: Add your artist's bio, or tell prospective buyers your art story so they have a little knowledge about you as a person and as an artist.
• Click the Update button

Your profile is completed and you're ready to buy and sell art with a professional image

*NOTE: Before starting the listing process make sure you have good-quality photos of your artwork

• Click on the List Artwork button in the top right-hand corner
  
  
• Select the appropriate category for your artwork
  
  
• Your location will be auto-filled from your profile. If you do not have your location completed on your profile then you will have to fill it in here each time you want to list more artwork
  
  
• Your contact information will be auto-filled from your profile. There are two checkboxes to indicate if you want your phone number or email address to show up on your artwork listing. (Registered users can send you a message regarding the purchase of your artwork which is accessible in account dashboards)
  
  
• Input the price you are listing your artwork for.  Alternatively you can choose to add 'Check with Seller' or 'by Commission'
  
  
• Upload good quality photos of your artwork such as...straight on, backside, close up, side angle, signature, certificates of authenticity.
  
  
• Add the title of the artwork
  
  
• Add a detailed description of your artwork, including its size, medium, and artists name. Use descriptive words if possible as this is used when potential buyers are searching.
  
  
• Add tag words that prospective buyers might use to search for your artwork, but were not used in your description.
  
  
• View the payment fees and choose any promotions that you may want to ad

* NOTE: Although 'To show your listing you must pay the publish fee or join as a member.' is shown, you may have Gallery Credits you can use to publish your listing in the next step.
